To assure continuous delivery of the highest quality components, we have equipped our tool room with the finest precision machinery.  Our variety of presses fulfill variable stamping needs from 1000 tons to 5 tons.  Most of our stamping capacity is in progressive die presses with a bed area up to 144" x 51".
We manufacture and assemble a variety of styles of wire harnesses and can satisfy your wiring harness requirements.

Our 500 foot Electrodesposition Paint Line with six-stage wash system assures an excellent bond of corrosion-resistant, semi-gloss black enamel to any metal part.  ATC's testing laboratory includes two light tunnels for testing photometric capabilities of our lighting products.  In addition, we utilize a humidity chamber, dust chamber, salt-spray chamber, test over, sub zero freezer, and vibration equipment to assure that our products meet all SAE, DOT, CE, JIS, and Federal standards.  We perform all required aiming adjustment, inward-force, torque deflection, and vibration and corrosion tests.  After the successful completion of all in-house testing, we take the responsibility for independent certification of all lighting assemblies by ETL Testing Laboratories. 

ATC's metrology laboratory includes sophisticated measuring equipment, such as three coordinate measuring machines and two optical comparators, in addition to special gauges and tools to assure dimensional accuracy.  Our standard procedures include lay-outs to meet initial sample inspection requirements.  We have been approved for self-certification and for self-auditing.
